Defence Security Systems Ltd has been installing and maintaining commercial and domestic security alarm systems for over 20 years. Our national client base includes many well known high st retailers and leisure outlets, as well as hospitals, schools and over 4000 other commercial properties.

 In 2005, Defence launched the "Homezone" range of domestic security, which can be seen on www.defencehome.co.uk. to specialise in providing high quality protection, including alarms and CCTV, to homes across the country.

We have Gold Installer accreditation from the industry inspectorate - NSI/NACOSS - that often means that you can get reductions in Insurance costs. We believe that our staff are our main asset and have the Investors in People award that shows that our training and development are of the highest quality.

The latest wire free alarms require no cabling to detectors and this gave us the opportunity to develop the unique online quotation system, as we do not need to measure cable runs and assess disruption to the property. Now that so many specialised items can be offered online, we have thousands of potential customers who have preferred this method to get a free quotation. This is then followed up by our marketing team to discuss your requirements in more detail and we can confirm the price and give you an installation date immediately.

CCTV packages are also available for online quotation, to meet all your home protection needs. We are developing a range of other services for protecting your home and the people you love.

We employ fully trained and vetted installers and have a nationwide 24/7 service network to ensure your alarm is always working. Annual maintenance is essential to keep the system operating to the highest standards and is a requirement of our inspectorate accreditation.

We use the leading independent Alarm Monitoring Centre in the UK to respond to activations and ensure that the correct contact and action takes place.
